When you contact us

The inquiry form collects your name, email, company, area of interest and message. We use this information to review your request and respond about working together. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database. There is no public directory of submissions. We do not add you to a marketing list when you submit an inquiry.

Website measurement

Our first-party analytics measure page visits, contact clicks, form starts, submission attempts, validation errors and successful submissions. A random identifier links these events within one page visit. It is held in memory, changes when the page reloads and is not used to follow you across websites. Visit records older than 90 days are cleared when new analytics events arrive. We record a broad referral category (direct, search, LinkedIn or other referral), not the referring URL.

We do not record unfinished field contents or IP addresses in analytics. If you submit an inquiry with analytics enabled, its visit identifier and referral category are stored alongside it so we can understand which visits led to inquiries. We honour the browser’s Do Not Track setting. You can turn measurement off using the “Analytics” control in the footer; this also requests deletion of the current visit’s tracking record. Your preference is stored on your device. The inquiry form works with analytics disabled.

Hosting

The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process connection and security information necessary to operate the service. Website inquiry data is separate from the aggregate analytics described above.

Your information

You can request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information through the contact form, with “Privacy request” in the message. We keep information only as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable obligations.
